By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms.
What we're agreeing to
You're hiring Lee Fuhr, Inc. to create a one-page website based on your interview responses and uploaded assets. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and starts the project timeline.
What you need to provide
- Complete the 30-minute interview within 5 days of purchase
- Upload your logo and up to 3 photos in the requested formats
- Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
- Supply accurate business information for the website
What I'll deliver
- Hand-written copy and professional design
- Six-section website published at yourcompany.webflow.io
- Contact form that emails leads to your specified address
- Short demo video showing how to edit content yourself
- Delivery within 5 business days after receiving your complete interview and assets
Ownership and access
- With any paid add-on, I can transfer full ownership to your own Webflow account
- Free launch pages remain hosted from my Webflow account
- You get editor access to update text and images
- Full site transfer available for additional fee if desired
Portfolio and marketing usage
I retain the right to showcase your completed website in my portfolio, case studies, social media, and other marketing materials. This includes screenshots, design elements, and descriptions of the work completed.
Opting out: Portfolio exclusion is available only with paid add-ons AND by specifically requesting exclusion by emailing hi@leefuhr.com during your interview process. Free launch customers cannot opt out of portfolio usage. If you have a paid add-on but don't email to request exclusion, your project may be featured in my marketing.
Portfolio and marketing usage

Timeline and penalties
Late submissions: If you don't provide interview responses or assets within 5 days of purchase, your project is canceled with no refund and no website delivered. I reserve the right to reallocate your delivery slot to paying customers who meet deadlines.
Response delays: Late responses to requests for clarification (more than 2 business days) extend your delivery timeline by double the delay period. A 3-day delay in your response pushes delivery back by 6 days.
No revisions included
This is a productized service with no revision rounds. Your website publishes live on day 5 based on your interview responses. For revision rounds and custom control, consider a custom website build instead.
Payment and refunds
Stripe handles all payments. You pay upfront for website packages.
Refunds: Available only if I haven't started work (within 24 hours of purchase and before sending the interview link). Once the interview is sent, the project begins and payment is non-refundable.
The fine print
- Websites publish at yourcompany.webflow.io (custom domains require separate Webflow billing)
- You may not use the website for illegal, adult, or copyrighted content without permission
- I'm not liable for damages beyond the amount you paid
- California law governs these terms, disputes resolved in San Diego County courts
- These terms don't replace any signed Master Services Agreement
- I may update these terms with 7 days' email notice
